Design&Build
It is constructed on a heavy-duty reinforced steel frame with thickened longitudinal beams for exceptional structural rigidity.The half-cabin design,made from durable stamped steel or ABS panels,provides essential protection from sun,rain,and dust,equipped with a large windshield,ergonomic seating,and side mirrors.The rear cargo bed,typically sized from 1.8×1.2m to 2.2×1.5m,is built with high-strength steel plates and reinforced edges,often available with a hydraulic cylinder for a convenient self-dumping(tipper)function.The unique five-wheel configuration(one front,four rear)evenly distributes weight,drastically improving stability,load balance,and traction compared to standard tricycles.
Power&Performance
Powered by a robust,single-cylinder,four-stroke gasoline engine,available in 200cc,250cc,or 300cc water-cooled variants,it delivers strong torque and reliable power.This engine is paired with a manual transmission(4 or 5 gears plus reverse)and shaft drive for efficient power transfer and low maintenance.It offers a maximum speed of 50–70 km/h and a strong climbing ability of 15–20 degrees,suitable for hilly terrains.The large fuel tank(10–20L)ensures long operating ranges.
Suspension&Safety
The vehicle features a heavy-duty suspension system:dual hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and multi-layered leaf springs(4+2 or 6+4)at the rear,effectively absorbing shocks on rough roads.Safety is ensured by a dual-circuit hydraulic braking system with front and rear drum brakes,providing reliable stopping power even when fully loaded.The five-wheel chassis significantly reduces the risk of rollovers,enhancing overall safety.
