What are the main components of an electric cargo tricycle?

An electric cargo tricycle is composed of several core systems that work together to achieve load carrying,driving,and safety.Its main components generally include the following parts:

The electric drive system is the core,including a brushless DC motor,controller,throttle handle,and wiring harness.It is responsible for outputting power and controlling speed and torque,especially important for heavy-duty cargo scenarios.

The energy supply system mainly consists of a battery pack(usually lead-acid or lithium-ion battery),charger,and battery management system(BMS).It provides stable power for long-distance transportation and heavy-load operation.

The chassis and load-bearing structure includes a heavy-duty reinforced frame,front fork,rear axle,differential assembly,and leaf spring or hydraulic shock absorbers.These parts determine the tricycle’s load capacity,stability,and durability on rough roads.
